Please use this link to request a session with a specific clinician. Once you click the box, you will be redirected to our system, where you will pick the clinician’s name in the first box. In the second box please choose “APPOINTMENT NEW REQUEST” which is the first option in the “select service” box.
The clinician’s availability will show up in the white boxes so you can choose from those options. Once you make a choice, you will be required to enter your name, phone number and email address so we can reach out to you to confirm scheduling.
