I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has worked in the mental health field going on eight years now. My experience in this field has enabled me to provide empathetic, client-centered care to address any presenting issues my clients may be struggling with. The skills that I have accumulated have allowed me to assist clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, relationship issues, and difficulties.

My focus as a therapist is to promote a healthy collaboration with my clients to work together to achieve their therapeutic goals. I believe it is important to create an environment that allows the client to feel that they can be open and true to themselves during their counseling sessions. My approach to counseling will always be suited to address my clients needs to the best of my ability as we process the life stressors that led them to pursue counseling.

I strongly believe that I am equipped with the skills needed to address any concerns my clients want to address. The techniques and skills that I incorporate will be utilized with the intention to promote healing and confidence in one’s ability to face different challenges that life has to offer.
