Howdy!

I know from personal experience that seeking out counseling can feel like a daunting task filled with so many unknowns. As your counselor I will strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and comforting space. Since each individual has unique needs, I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to explore their counseling needs and working together to help promote your self-growth, understanding, and empowerment.

My counseling style is based on an integrative model that pulls from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, person-centered, and trauma-informed care approaches. I strive to help individuals with a unique and customized healing journey that fits their needs and counseling goals.

Outside of the office, I spend my time outdoors (when the weather allows it), the occasional concert, and with my friends and dog.
