She has also led therapeutic groups for adolescents dealing with bipolar disorder, gender identity exploration, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and PTSD, offering a compassionate and structured environment for healing and growth.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Amy is a devoted wife and mother of four. She finds joy in spending quality time with her 4 children and her husband, whether they’re playing dress-up, cooking together, or enjoying movie nights as a family or going to watch her children play their softball games.
