Justin Robbins, MS, LPC
Through my own experiences with seeking out counseling, I have learned that it can be difficult to reach out for help. I often felt that no one understood me or knew how to help me. It is these personal struggles that drive my passion for providing courage, empathy, growth and healing. I care very deeply about my clients and work to help them find both hope and solutions.
My approach to counseling is to fully understand my clients’ concerns through empathy and active listening and then provide the tools needed to overcome their issues now and in the future. I believe this can only be accomplished by building an authentic relationship with the client and truly understanding what the client is experiencing.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients that deal with issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, bullying, substance abuse, eating disorders, and many other issues that interfere with their daily lives. The common goal is to optimize quality of life through behavioral analysis and personalized treatment plans according to each individual.
