Believe it or not, you are already growing because we grow through adversity but sometimes, we need a facilitator to help us navigate the path of healing that can often get messy and overwhelming. Emotional safety is key in your healing as you explore all of this. You will find that the answers lie inside of you, and a counselor can help you find those answers, hone in on your strengths, set realistic goals for yourself and excavate thoughts that no longer serve you. It takes work, but I believe you can do this, and we get back the work that we invest in ourselves.
I work with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, and grief and loss. I have utilized different techniques such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Compassion Focused Therapy, Breathe Work and EFT to name a few. Take that first step, let’s do this and walk on your new journey together as you embark on becoming your best self, your highest version of you.
