Christina “Chris” Goff, MS, LPC-S & Clinical Director

Our past experiences do not have to define us. I believe that we can manage our lives with compassion for ourselves and learning to let go of the past. I am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). CBT is a short-term treatment that is evidenced-based and solution-focused. With the appropriate CBT interventions, I can help you better manage your anxiety and depression. You will learn to challenge negative automatic thoughts that no longer move you in a positive direction and learn the coping tools that will help you appropriately manage your stress.
My approach is warm and nonjudgmental, encouraging hope and positive change in a safe, confidential counseling session.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and pets and enjoying nature.
