Alicia Holligan, MEd, LPC Associate, Supervised by Christina Goff, LPC-S

Sometimes in life, we need a “screaming room” where we can unleash feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, anger, depression, and overwhelming fear. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for each person I work with to feel heard, understood, and to have the courage to take steps towards healing the mind, body, and spirit. One size does not fit all in therapy; therefore, I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-informed approaches to work towards healing and hope.
I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas Tech University. I have 20 years of experience working with school districts as an elementary and middle school counselor as well as an Educational Specialist in Behavior for Region 17 Education Service Center. I am passionate about developing trusting relationships and in the effectiveness of counseling to work together toward achieving your goals and experiencing personal success.
